4. Running and fitness tools
The pace calculator, heart-rate zone calculator and BMI calculator give general estimates for information and training. They are not medical advice, and they can’t diagnose or treat any condition.
Talk to a doctor before starting a new training plan, especially if you have a health condition. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
5. Your content
Anything you type or paste into our tools stays yours. It’s processed in your browser and we don’t receive it.
You’re responsible for what you enter and create, for example making sure you have the right to use a link or text in a QR code.
6. Products and purchases
Our watch faces and other products are sold through third-party stores, such as the Garmin Connect IQ Store. Payment, downloads and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms. Check the store page for the devices a product supports before you buy.
When you buy or download a product, you get a licence to use it for yourself. Unless the product page says otherwise, you may not resell, share or redistribute it. Products such as game templates may come with their own licence, which is shown on the product page and applies in addition to these terms.
7. Our content and name
The Therse name and logo, the site’s design and text, and our products belong to us. You’re welcome to link to any page. Please don’t copy our design, content or products without our written permission.

8. Links and other services
The site links to websites and stores we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products or terms.
9. Advertising
We may show ads in the future to keep the tools free. Ads come from third parties and don’t mean we recommend the advertiser. How ad partners use cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.

As far as the law allows, the site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that they will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors.
