1. Who we are
Therse (therse.com) is run by [YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], based in Thailand. In this policy, “Therse”, “we” and “us” mean the person or business that runs this website. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
2. What we collect
Right now, we don’t collect any information that identifies you. In particular, we don’t:
- ask you to create an account or sign in
- run analytics, tracking pixels or advertising on this site
- use cookies to track you
- sell, rent or share personal data with anyone
3. Our tools run on your device
All our tools, including the word counter, text compare, JSON formatter, QR code generator, unit converter and the running and fitness calculators, work entirely inside your web browser.
The text, numbers and settings you enter are processed on your own device. They are not sent to us and are not stored on our servers. When you close the page, they are gone, unless a tool clearly says it saves something in your browser.
4. What’s saved in your browser
We may save a few preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as whether you chose the light or dark theme. This information stays on your device. We can’t see it, and it isn’t used to track you.
You can clear it at any time from your browser’s settings. The site will still work; it will just forget your preferences.
5. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER]. Like most web hosts, they may automatically record basic technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
These logs are used only to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix problems. We don’t use them to identify you or build a profile of you.
6. Products and purchases
Our watch faces and other products are sold through third-party stores, such as the Garmin Connect IQ Store. When you download or buy a product there, the store handles your account and payment under its own privacy policy.
We never receive your card or payment details. The store may give us basic sales and download reports, which we use only to run and improve our products.
7. If you email us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete it when it’s no longer needed.
8. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as product stores. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for how they handle your information.
9. Children
Our site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. Your rights
Because we don’t collect personal data, there is usually nothing for us to show, correct or delete. If you think we do hold information about you, for example from an email, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold and give you a copy
- correct it or delete it
- stop using it, or withdraw any consent you gave
These rights come from Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, for visitors in the EU and UK, the GDPR. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee or your local data protection authority.
11. Analytics and ads: our plans
We don’t use analytics or advertising today. We may add them in the future to understand which tools are useful and to keep the tools free. If we do, here’s what will apply.
Google Analytics
Not in use yetGoogle Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We would use it only in summary form to improve the site, never to identify you.
You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google AdSense
Not in use yetIf we show ads, third-party vendors, including Google, will use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies let it and its partners show you ads based on those visits.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of some other vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Before turning on either service, we will update this policy and its date, list every advertising partner we work with, and show a cookie consent banner to visitors where the law requires it, such as in the EU and UK.
12. Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page whenever our practices change and show the new date at the top. If a change is significant, such as adding analytics or ads, we’ll also mention it on the site.
13. Contact
