How Tally works

  1. Six live stats

    Each slot shows any of 28 metrics, from heart rate and Body Battery to VO2 max, sleep score and your next calendar event.

  2. Calm until it matters

    Values stay white until one needs your attention. High stress, low Body Battery or low battery turn amber.

  3. Edit on the watch

    Change any slot right on your wrist, no phone needed, or switch looks in one tap with the Runner, Office, Recovery and Minimal presets.

  4. Three layouts

    Full with six stats, Focus with three and a bigger time, or Minimal with just the time. Then pick from 7 accent and 18 time colours.

Install in three steps

  1. Tap Get it on Garmin and open Tally in the Connect IQ app on your phone.
  2. Install it, then sync your watch.
  3. Choose Tally from the watch faces on your watch.

Questions

How do I change the settings?

Edit every slot right on the watch, no phone needed. You can also change settings in the Connect IQ app on your phone.

Where does the weather come from?

From your watch. Tally has no background service and makes no web requests.

Does it work in always-on mode?

Yes. On AMOLED watches it shows a dim time, date and up to three fields, shifted every minute to protect the screen. On MIP watches, seconds keep ticking in low power.

Does Tally send my health data anywhere?

No. Tally reads your profile for resting heart rate, VO2 max and calorie estimates, and your sensor history for Body Battery and stress. Nothing leaves your watch.
